FBLA Officers; President Charles Sevier, Danny Deloach, Sandra Eaves, Joel Gibson, Ann McBride, Harriet McHughes, Earline Parker and Susan Pounds. Arranging the newly purchased furniture for the teachers lounge was fun for FTA Officers; Annette Stout Secretary, Marylin Taylor president, Linn Terry Vice President and Nancy Gilbert Treasurer Honor Students - Rex Arendall, Harriet Emison, Tim Medlin, Jimmy Hoppers, Bobby Bell, Cissie Caldwell, Becky Scott, Nancy Gilbert, Milton Cravens, Diane Measells, Eddie Richardson, Steve Smith, Eddie Krei, Jimmie Lynn Brewer, Carol Gaffney, Kyle Carpenter Jackson High School 1969 Characters in the Senior Production Two Bottles of Relish which won first place in the annual one act play contest were Jimmy Brewer, Tommy Wyatt, Jonnie Williams and Suzie Finley. Beth Crocker was the 1969 Betty Crocker Homemaker Award. Cissie Caldwell was the D.A.R. Good Citizen Award for 1969. Registration was just a beginning for Jimmy Hoppers, Tamara Karaba, Steve Smith, Jerry Gordon, and Belinda McEwen as they prepared to spend two weeks at Volunteer Girls and Boys State where they learned fundamentals of our government. Senior Class Student Council: Tamara Karaba, Marilyn Taylor, Diane Measells, Tommy Wyatt, Susan Jones, Libby Bell, Charles Sevier, David Glover, Kenny McGough, Todd Davis Camp Delegates, Eddie Richardson, Judy Barefoot, Carol Gaffney and Kyle Carpenter found that playing four-square fulfilled one aspect of the Miniwanca four-fold, plan for development mentally, physically, socially and religiously.
